• We do not log or store plaintext email verification codes.
• Payment details are handled directly by Dodo Payments; we never see or store your credit card numbers.

When you use our service, we collect limited information in the following contexts:
- Contact Information: Your email address, used to send temporary verification codes, order receipts, and your final submission evidence report.
- Product Details: Product name, public website URL, and descriptive text that you submit in the purchase panel to be included in directory listing applications.
- Transaction Metadata: Order identifiers, plan selection, currency, amount, and gateway payment IDs provided upon successful charge reconciliation.
- Technical Telemetry: Standard, non-identifying server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) maintained temporarily for rate-limiting, fraud detection, and system integrity.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your submitted data exclusively for the following lawful purposes:
- To verify control of your contact inbox before initiating a checkout transaction.
- To manually draft, format, and submit listing applications for your product.
- To compile and deliver your completed submission status and proof report.
- To fulfill our obligations under our 100% On-Time Delivery Refund Guarantee.
- To prevent automated bot abuse, spam, and duplicate submissions.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted, industry-leading infrastructure providers to deliver our services. Each partner adheres to strict data privacy and security standards:
- Dodo Payments: Authorized Merchant of Record and payment gateway partner for global credit cards and localized checkout. Cardholder data is governed by Dodo Payments' PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
- Resend: Secure transactional email delivery service used to dispatch one-time verification codes and order confirmations.
- Supabase: Server-side managed PostgreSQL database hosting our order and verification records under strict Row Level Security (RLS) protections.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We utilize a single functional, HttpOnly, secure cookie (nb_guest_scope) solely to link your verified email session with your active purchase draft for a maximum of 4 hours. It cannot be read by third-party scripts.
6. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain order and campaign records for administrative, accounting, and tax compliance purposes. You have the right to request access to the data we hold regarding your orders, or to request the deletion of your contact information once your campaign and reporting period have concluded.
